Bond brings more than 25 years of global experience across beauty and fragrance, with a strong track record in driving business growth, leading transformation, and managing complex P&Ls.

She has held senior leadership roles at Givaudan, Newell Brands, Coty, and Unilever, and most recently served as CEO of Lotus Bridge Strategic Partners, where she advised brands on growth strategy and market expansion.

In her new role, Bond will focus on accelerating COSMO’s U.S. business, strengthening its market position, and building on the strong foundation already in place. Her leadership will support both continuity for existing partners and the advancement of new growth opportunities.
