Robertet Junior Perfumer Maxime Philippe wins SFP International Perfumer-Creator Award

Robertet has announced that Maxime Philippe, junior perfumer at Robertet, has won this year’s SFP International Perfumer-Creator Award, which is dedicated to an emblematic perfumery ingredient, ylang-ylang essence. Maxime has deployed all his creativity around this noble raw material with a solar, sensual and intense fragrance. For Maxime, this fragrance evokes “a walk on a golden beach with the fields of ylang-ylang on one side and the sea and its spray on the other, with a sunny facet and notes that bring freshness to the fragrance to air it out. They evoke the sea breeze and that feeling of softness and lightness in the air. ”

From an early age, Maxime was determined to work as a perfumer in Grasse, the perfume capital. Trained at Robertet’s in-house school, he is now involved in many creative projects and is exploring new olfactory horizons.
Robertet is proud to have been able to host this event within its premises and would like to thank the Véronique Dupont, the SFP, the members of the jury and the Management Committee as well as Thierry Wasser for his conference on Ylang Ylang.

It’s the 3rd consecutive time that a young perfumer from Robertet receives this award. A great way to recognize both the quality of Robertet in-house perfumery school and the quality of our raw materials…
