Arcade Beauty Acquires Suite K Fragrance Production Assets

Arcade Beauty –the leader in customized sampling for the beauty industry, announced this week the acquisition of substantially all the operating assets and capabilities of the Suite K fragrance business. Specifically, this includes existing blending and production expertise at the 78,000 sq ft facility in Dayton, NJ, for vials, mini-products, roller balls and full-size retail fragrance products. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
