STOELZLE celebrates its 200th Anniversary

At a reception held at the Chalet des Iles in Paris, on September 18th, attended by more than 100 guests, Alexis Govciyan, Director of the ISM (Institut Superieur des Métiers or Higher Institute of Trade) presented the Enterprise du Patrimoine Vivant (EPV or Living Heritage Enterprise) label to Dr. Cornelius Grupp, owner, and Etienne Gruyez, CEO of STOELZLE MASNIERES PARFUMERIE SAS (formerly Verreries de Masnieres), in recognition of companies that have achieved excellences in industrial expertise.

Two hundred years after its founding in 1818, this is an anniversary of great pride for the French innovation and excellence center of STOELZLE GLASS GROUP. Since joining the group in 2014, it thriving operations, know-how and capacity to adapt to the needs of its clients including Estée Lauder, Givenchy and L’Oreal have enables STOELZLE MASNIERES PARFUMERIE SAS to meet every challenge.

Located in Masnières, 120 miles north of Paris, in the dynamic Hauts de France region, the industiral complex comprised two entities: STOELZLE MASNIERES PARFUMERIE SAS  – specializing in the production of high-end glass bottles and jars, primarily for the fragrance and cosmetics sector, and STOELZLE MASNIERES PARFUMERIE DECORATION SAS – specializing in innovation, leading-edge glass decoration techniques, including Qualil Glass Coat 2.0, a newly developed powder paint decoration process.

To mark this special anniversary, various events have been held throughout the year including two festive days devoted exclusively to its employees and their families, the Journée de la Patrimoine (France’s annual heritage festival), and this celebratory evening  attended by clients, co-workers and friends, which was followed by a spectacular fireworks display.
